This pink sweater gets the most compliments from the clients in the office centre. I've been told so many times that I need to wear pink more often all because of this cardi.

This is the second aubergine sweater I've purchased this month. When I saw this pullover at H&M on Monday, it was actually the teal one that drew me over to the rack. Of course, eggplant won me over in the end. Come to think of it, I may go back just to purchase this pullover in teal and in black.

New haircut!

This afternoon, I had an appointment to see Deirdre at Tao Blaze Salon in Los Gatos. She worked her magic on my yuck-o damaged hair.

Having learnt that the $1.99 wines at Lucky are not my thing, I decided to try a $3.99 wine at Trader Joe's. Two dollars may make a difference, right?

Mount Linden cabernet sauvignon.

Such a pretty label. It looked promising.

After two glasses, this is what I ended up doing:

It wasn't much better than the Fox Brook wines I had blogged about a while back.

From now on, the only time I'm buying super-cheap wine is when it is marked down to rock-bottom prices.

Right now, I'm drinking a glass of good wine. I'll post more about it on another day.

I found this black and blue top in the clearance-clearance racks at Charlotte Russe. Normally, I wouldn't wear a shiny low-cut top like this (especially to work!), but, since it was so cheap, why not.

I'm all about tiptoeing outside of my comfort zone!

I liked wearing this aubergine cocoon sweater with this green ruffled top.

This is how I looked for some of my shift because I was overheated from my lunchtime walk. It turns out this top really is kosher for work since it has a little bit of a sleeve. Even my manager's boss didn't have a problem with it.
