June 7 - Brian and I celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary by having dinner at our favourite spot The Grill On The Alley in downtown San Jose.

So far, Big Kahuna tempranillo is my Cheap-o Red Wine of the Year. It is $1.99 at Fresh & Easy. It goes down really smoothly. It is a robust wine because it comes from Spain. Most importantly, it does not taste cheap.

I also like the blue surfboard label and twisty cap. I am just that shallow.

March 30 - I got to attend the San Jose Fire Department badge-pinning ceremony. It was held at the historic Hayes Mansion.

There were two nights on the Disney Cruise when we got to dress up.

Golden Mickeys night. 

The special theatre show that night was the Golden Mickeys, featuring Broadway-style re-enactments from Disney movies.

One of the adults-only events on the Disney Cruise that I thoroughly enjoy is Karaoke Night.

Another Disney Cruise post. Of course!

The first two Disney Cruises, Brian and I were on the Disney Magic. This time, we got to be on the Disney Wonder.

What I looked forward to a lot on this cruise was taking a photo next to the Ariel statue.
