It's Breast Cancer Awareness month. The company I work for let us wear jeans and pink to the office. I wore my coral cardi because that's how I roll. The bejeweled flats are so lovely.

It was very cold this morning, so I got to wear this green beauty for the first time today.

I wore my trusty black Gap coat for happy hour at Firehouse No. 1. And why not? Teal boots.

On June 24, I celebrated my 20-pound weight loss by treating myself to suits from Macy's. I was tired of wearing suits that had basically become potato sacks.

Both suits are Tahari by Arthur S. Levine, size 8P.

June 7 - Brian and I celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary by having dinner at our favourite spot The Grill On The Alley in downtown San Jose.

So far, Big Kahuna tempranillo is my Cheap-o Red Wine of the Year. It is $1.99 at Fresh & Easy. It goes down really smoothly. It is a robust wine because it comes from Spain. Most importantly, it does not taste cheap.

I also like the blue surfboard label and twisty cap. I am just that shallow.

March 30 - I got to attend the San Jose Fire Department badge-pinning ceremony. It was held at the historic Hayes Mansion.
